Although, I'm sure that you have heard about all the big deals, here is a recap of what happened during the Winter Meetings in Dallas, Texas.
The Marlins have been really involved in the Free Agent Market, they have recently signed two big free agents. The first being Heath Bell, he was the closer for the Padres, but is now the closer for the ... Miami Marlins. He signed a 3-year deal worth $27 million.

Another deal that the Miami Marlins have made is that they have agreed to a deal with Jose Reyes, 6-year contract pending a physical. This has caused some problems because Hanley Ramirez has been the short-stop for them and said "he doesn't want to move from SS, but will handle professionally". Logan Morrison (@LoMoMarlins) joked on twitter saying " Just to clear up any confusion, I will be playing SS for the Marlins next season..."
The Marlins also signed Mark Buerhle for 4 years, Mark Buerhle has pitched for the Chicago White Sox for his whole career, has a no-hitter, perfect game and World Championship.
Another team that played a big role on the Free Agent Market were the Angels, they signed Albert Pujols to a 10 year, $254 million dollar contract. This was a bit shocking for me, I definitely thought that Albert was going to either go to the Marlins or stay with the Cardinals but the Angels came out and ended up getting Albert. Another move that the Angels made was they signed former Texas Rangers pitcher, CJ Wilson for a 5-year, $77.5 million dollar contract. CJ Wilson will be going to his hometown.

The Dodgers actually made quite of bit of news during the Winter Meetings too, they signed Free Agent Aaron Harang and Chris Capuano. They also signed free agent, Jerry Hairston.
A couple other moves are the Oakland A's traded Craig Breslow & Trevor Cahill to the Diamondbacks. In return the A's got a top pitching prospect and Jarrod Parker, Ryan Cook and outfielder Collin Cowgill. The Tampa Bay Rays have got young ace Matt Moore locked up. They signed him.. in the first 5 years, $14 million dollars are guaranteed.
